Salmon hollandaise with leek mashed potato

Well here it is guys, my most viewed video to date.
It kind of helped because Jamie Oliver retweeted it to his followers which brought in a lot of interest, but it’s also a very nice meal to make!
Although the experience of making the meal was pretty intense I would like to think that pretty much anyone could give this one a try. The ingredients weren’t too expensive either!
