Sausage, bacon & bean stew

ONE POT. That’s right you just need one pot/pan whatever you wanna call it to make this yummy meal and it takes less than 30 mins :-)
There’s plenty of variations you could do to it, including herbs and spices but if you make it like this, you won’t be disappointed.
First I cooked up sausages in the pan til they were browned….took em out and halved them then chucked in the same pan (with a bit of oil left in it) the bacon and chopped onion…..next I added some sugar & spices, then some mushrooms and let it all hang out for a few mins. After a bit I added chopped tomatoes, beans, plus a dash of water and wine. then returned the sausages.
Next I covered the pan with a lid and simmered for 15 mins, added some parsley, and served it with a wedge of bread…..yummy yummy.
