Sausage & Fennel seed stew

This is a quick recipe taken from the Dolmio website. My way of saying thank you to them for being selected in the top 3 of the do it like dolmio competition. An incredibly easy meal to make, this actually is one of my top 5 recipes made to date – the taste was sensational!! Despite the wardrobe malfunction I got there and all in under 20 minutes. Minimal ingredients, nice and cheap, filling – what more could you ask for?
