Simple Sausage Linguine

Very, very simple this one.
I wanted to make a quick dish so chucked on some linguine in a saucepan, while that was bubbling away I plonked chopped sausages (minus wrapping) in a pan to cook through. Added 1 chopped chilli, 100g rocket and 150ml single cream to the pan and bubbled away in leaves shrank or “wilted”.
Once pasta was done, stirred it altogether and gave it a blooming good seasoning. This is the most important part – this dish is very bland without it, so get crazy and inventive with the seasoning people!! Optional last minute stir-in of grated cheese will give it a gooey feel too. A cheap, healthy and quick dish, lush.
