Simple sweet & Sour Chicken

The easiest sweet & sour chicken recipe ever (I guess mainly because we are using a jar here for ease of use), but you still get an opportunity to make it your own. I added onions and courgettes with the chicken, but you could add a whole host of vegetables or even change the meat – pork would be great too.
