Spinach Ricotta Cannelloni

Gorgeous!!! Absolutely loved making this.
To put it simply cylinder style pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta covered in sauce and baked.
Can’t believe how easy it was to make either, all you need is a couple of pans and you’re on your way.
A classic Italian dish, vegetarian, cheap and filling – what more do you need?!
