Stuffed baked potatoes with chive dip & grilled chicken

Interesting this one guys, not your traditional stuffed potatoes either!
This one you actually core out like an apple the centre of the potato and fill it with bacon, garlic, sage, lemon & lime zest and……ANCHOVIES! I know, sounds odd, but it turned out pretty darn awesome Chuck on some grilled chicken and a mini dip on the side and you’ve got yourself a pretty unique combination of flavours.
