Tuna Mushroom Mozzarella Bake

This is a perfect lazy mans (or ladies) pasta bake! Incredibly tasty and mixed full of good stuff including spinach and tuna which is a combo i’m really loving right now! Cook your pasta, onions and mushrooms and merge in a mixing bowl with tuna and spinach. Plonk in a baking dish and top with a roughly sliced mozzarella ball and hey presto – you’ve got yourself a pretty awesome dinner!
