Chicken and Mango Sub

This is without doubt my one of the best lunchtime snacks out there! Well, it is when you buy it from a local Greggs bakery store….. this is my attempt at a very similar version of this sandwich which I picked up from a recipe card in a local supermarket.
Simple, quick and easy….. give this one a try and it definately fills a gap!
