Egg Drop Soup

Was surprised at how easy this was to make….oh, and the fact that despite the fairly cool name I had never heard of “Egg Drop Soup” or aware of how amazingly gorgeous tasting it was…pouring in the egg and hacking it with a fork, was real good fun.
Here’s the video, it’s really very simple to make and you can chuck in other bits and bobs if you like to make it your own….just keep the egg in there, otherwise it’ll be chicken drop soup and that doesn’t sound as groovy to me.
