Empanada
So I got asked to make Empanada (a lot like pasties) and was given a recipe to try – pizza dough, chorizo, pancetta, an onion and a red pepper was all that was required….it sounded easy but a little spicy! What it resulted in actually blew me away, so tasty and a fantastic balance of flavours in the mix.
