Homemade Rhubarb & Strawberry Jam
I never realised how easy it is to make your own jam, have had a lot of requests to give it a try but for some reason thought it was gonna be pretty darn tricky….
Essentially all you need it 700g fruit, 100ml water and 300g caster sugar! Chuck the chopped fruit into a saucepan with water and keep stirring until a pulp is formed, stir in sugar and simmer for a good 20 minutes then leave to cool and set in a fridge!
The possibilities are endless in terms of adding different fruits and obviously you can play around with the sugar quantity too.
It should last for around 6 weeks if stored correctly!
