Homemade Sausage & Egg McMuffin

For this recipe I returned to McDonalds and got hold of a couple of sausage and egg mcmuffins…then returned to the kitchen and took it to pieces.
English muffin base, with egg on top, pork patty, cheese and topped with a muffin lid….seems pretty easy and with the help of a biscuit cutter to shape the egg – it was!! This turned out fantastic and only took 15 minutes to make.
