Hot Spinach & Asparagus Dip
Really easy this one guys, the asparagus was supposed to be artichoke but I couldn’t get any in my supermarket!
Shred up spinach and chop asparagus, chuck in a bowl with the juice of a lemon and some grated parmesan & mozzarella cheese….transfer to an oven proof dish and top with a bit more parmesan. Bake until bubbly and hot!!! (roughly 15 mins)
Easy as that…..serve it with some toasted bread or tortilla chips. It can be frozen to and kept for Years!
