Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wraps

This is a super tasty dish, which doesn’t have to be used in wraps….perhaps serve it on the side with rice and a salad!
Cook up some onions, add the chicken, then throw in the rest and let it bubble away – as easy as that.
Jamaican jerk chicken, little bit intense but so worthwhile!

Seasoning
2 tbp onion powder, 1 tbs sugar, 1 tbs salt, 1 tbs ground thyme, 1 1/2 tsp all-spice, 3/4 tsp cinnamon,3/4 tsp ground red pepper or scotch bonnett pepper if you can get it. Grind all together in a mortar and pestle.
