Popcorn Shrimp

Inspired by a trip to the Big Feastival in London at the weekend I simply had to try making Popcorn shrimp – it was incredible!
Although I didn’t copy the recipe from the restaurant that made them (@RedHookLondon), I decided to put my own twist on it and they turned out incredibly good! The dip made up of mayo, honey, marmalade & horseradish sauce too is a crazy tasting combo that goes down well with the shrimp / prawns!
