Scotch Eggs

Groovy little snacks these which you can oven bake or fry (I did both!)….essentially a boiled egg, wrapped in sausage meat, covered in breadcrumbs – gorgeous stuff!
Perfect for picnics and hangover cures for sure – the great thing about making them your own is you can really go to town on the sausage mixture… let me know how you get on!
