Steak Onion & Mushroom Sandwich

Possibly the nicest thing I have ever made.
Strips of beef, cooked in a pan with mushrooms and onions…throw in some rocket and horseradish at the end and fill it inside a roll – easy peasy!
I can’t explain how nice this was, you’ve gotta give it a go for yourself and play around with it….maybe add cheese too
