Stuffed Peppers
I’ve put this recipe into both the snacks and main meal sections – as they can act as both. Hollowed out peppers stuffed with rice, vegetables and a flavoured beef mince give this recipe a real kick. Not too over-powering in taste, but a fantastic combination of textures makes this a guaranteed hit…..absolutely loved these.
