Toad in the Hole

Toad in the hole, a real classic dish. Basically sausages in yorkshire puddings!
For this recipe I wrapped the sausages in bacon and added some onions in for good measure! They were also made in muffin trays to make miniature toads rather than making a big slab of the stuff.
Put on some peas, mashed potato with a home made onion gravy and you’ve got yourself a real winner.
This is really up there with one of the best things I have made to date, you really gotta try this!
